Prepare the indicated ingredients. For a large bunch of green basil, you will need approximately 4-5 large cloves of garlic and 2 small pods of hot pepper.

Remove leaves from basil sprigs and rinse in water.

Peel and rinse garlic cloves and hot peppers from seeds. Cut the garlic into slices, and the pepper into small cubes.

Put the whole mass into the chopper bowl and puree for about 3-4 minutes on a pulsating mode. Then pour in vegetable oil, vinegar and salt. Punch again for 2-3 minutes.

Place the basil adjika in a jar or food container and place in the refrigerator to chill. If preparing it for the winter, then freeze it in a food container in the freezer.
