Apple pie with seeds

Apple pie with seeds

Description of preparation:

You can take this colorful pie with you to work, school or on a trip. Serve it with tea or coffee, warm milk or lemonade. If the apples are too juicy, then add 1 tbsp. flour into the dough and stir so that the cake does not turn out raw and is well baked.

Prepare the following ingredients. Use 1 large or 2 small apples. The seeds must be peeled.

Beat the eggs into the bowl of a mixer or food processor. Add salt and granulated sugar, beat at high speed for about 4-5 minutes into a fluffy foam.

Add the wheat flour and gently fold it into the beaten egg mixture using a silicone spatula, but do not beat.

Add the peeled seeds and stir.

Rinse the apple in water and cut into quarters. Cut off the seed blocks and cut the pulp into cubes. Mix them into the dough.

Grease the mold with vegetable oil and place the prepared dough with fillings into it. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the pan in it on the middle level.

Bake the pie for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown. It will increase in size.

Cool the cake and sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Cut into portions and serve with any drink.
