How to cook Baked Avocado
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the avocado in half. Remove the bone. Lubricate with vegetable oil with a grated garlic clove. Salt and pepper. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Chop the tomato, cucumber and onion into small cubes.
Add finely chopped cilantro, salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Stuff the core of a roasted avocado with vegetables.
