Banana pie in a frying pan

Description of preparation:

This banana pie is so flavorful that even your neighbors will flock to it. Serve it hot while the caramel is setting. Don’t forget to brew tea or coffee. If desired, the pie can always be repeated in a frying pan!

Prepare the following ingredients. Bananas can be used ripe or overripe. If you like caramel with butter, then add it to the pan with sugar first.

Beat the chicken eggs into the bowl of a mixer or food processor, add 100 grams of granulated sugar and salt. Beat for about 4-5 minutes until fluffy.

Pour in kefir of any fat content and stir. Add baking powder and wheat flour, gently mix them into the mixture.

Pour the remaining granulated sugar into a frying pan with high sides. At this point you can add butter.

Peel the bananas and cut in half vertically. Place banana halves on granulated sugar.

Grease the sides with vegetable oil and pour the dough onto the bananas.

Cover the pan with a lid and place the container on the stove, turning the heat on low. Bake the cake for about 25 minutes, the banana aroma will indicate that the cake is ready! The pie must be porous and baked.

Separate the edges of the cake from the sides of the pan with a silicone spatula and invert it onto a wide plate. Place the remaining caramel in the pan, cut the pie into slices and serve.
