Prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking Basmati pilaf with chicken.
Pour vegetable oil into a heavy-bottomed pan or cauldron and heat over high heat. Put the chopped onion and carrots cut into strips. Saute vegetables for 3 minutes.
Cut the chicken into pieces and add to the fried vegetables. Salt, sprinkle with spices.
Fry still for 10 minutes, stirring.
Rinse the basmati thoroughly in warm water until clean water and add to the chicken, smooth.
Pour hot water over chicken rice.
Wash the head of garlic, cut off the root and insert into the middle of the rice. Close the pan with a lid, lower the heat and cook the pilaf for 25 minutes without stirring. The rice and chicken should be cooked through and the water should be completely absorbed. Remove the pilaf from the fire and serve.
