Paper snowflake: how to make it correctly
Technique No. 1: openwork snowflake
You will need:
- sheet A4
- scissors
What to do:
- Take a blank sheet of paper. Fold it diagonally to form a triangle. Cut off the excess part.
- Fold the sheet in half to create an even smaller triangle.
- We turn one corner to the center of the figure. We do the same with the second corner. Cut off the lower parts that protrude.
- Draw a frosty pattern on the triangle using a pencil or pen. We use scissors to follow its contour.
- Lay out the finished snowflake and enjoy the result.
Technique No. 2: 3D snowflake
You will need:
- sheet A4
- PVA glue
- ruler
- scissors
What to do:
- We cut a sheet of paper into 20 strips, the width of which is 0.5 cm and the length is 21 cm.
- We take half the strips that we got. We intertwine them with each other using the criss-cross technique.
- We fasten the joints using a small amount of PVA glue to obtain a wicker square. We do the same with the remaining 10 strips.
- We superimpose the figures of our future snowflake on top of each other. We shift the part that is on top to the side by 45 degrees. We fasten the figures with loose strips, carefully intertwining them.
- We straighten the ends that protrude. We fasten them with PVA glue. Ready!
