Bedouin tea "Karak"
For Karak tea, medium and large-leaf tea of good quality is suitable. If desired, sugar can be added to cups or replaced with honey. You can put more cardamom, then the aroma will be more pronounced.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making Bedouin Karak tea.
Bring water to a boil, add tea and crushed cardamom. Bring to a boil and cook for one minute.
Pour milk into a saucepan and bring everything to a boil over low heat. Boil the tea for another three minutes.
Remove Karak tea from heat, add sugar and let stand for 5 minutes. Then strain everything, pour into glasses, add a pinch of saffron and serve.
