Biscuit cookies “Santa Claus”

Biscuit cookies “Santa Claus”

Description of preparation:

These cookies can be made in medium size, packaged in a personal bag, tied beautifully and given as a compliment, for example, to colleagues at work or to children in kindergarten. You can decorate your face with any suitable ingredients and even colored glaze. To prevent the chips from scattering all over the cookie when sprinkled, just take a thick sheet of paper and use it to block off the rest of the cookie.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients to make Santa Claus biscuits. Turn on the oven immediately so that it warms up to a temperature of 180 degrees.

Break the eggs into a bowl and add plain and vanilla sugar.

Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy, which should turn white and increase in size by 2-3 times.

Mix flour with baking powder and sift. Pour into the egg mixture in parts and mix gently until the dough is homogeneous without lumps.

Place the dough into a piping bag and cut off the tip.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment or a mat and place round cakes at a distance from each other.

Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Remove the finished cookies and cool completely.

Prepare everything for decorating the cookies. Make pompom balls from marshmallows. Noses and mouths made of marmalade.

Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler until smooth, so that the water does not touch the bowl of chocolate. Apply to each cookie using a pastry brush. Make a hat on top from red coconut shavings and a beard and mustache from white ones, install a nose and mouth from marmalade. Make eyes from chocolate drops and cheeks from red jelly beans. First dip one cut side of the marshmallow into chocolate, then into white coconut flakes and place it on the hat. If necessary, dip the second cut into chocolate as well.

Let the chocolate on the cookies dry completely.

This is how they turn out.

Happy holidays!
