Black radish for the winter
Description of preparation:
Below I will tell you in more detail how to prepare black radish for the winter. For vegetables, you can also add a little stalked celery for flavor. Choose radishes that are dense, firm, and without damage.
Prepare all ingredients.
Wash the radishes and carrots, peel them. Grate on a coarse grater. I use a Korean carrot grater.
Add bell pepper cut into thin strips. Add salt and sugar, mix everything.
Place parsley and a peeled clove of garlic in the bottom of a clean, sterilized jar. Pour in the bite.
Fill the jar tightly with vegetables.
Cover with a lid. Place a cloth on the bottom of the pan, place the jar, pour water up to the hanger and bring to a boil. Then sterilize for 10-12 minutes in slightly boiling water.
Then screw the lid tightly. Gently swirl the jar to distribute the bite evenly. Then turn the top upside down, wrap it in a towel and leave it until it cools completely.
Afterwards, the workpiece can be stored in a cool, dark place. Black radish is ready for the winter.
