Bread with garlic in the oven

Prepare all ingredients.

Sift flour into a bowl, add salt, sugar and dry yeast.

Pour in warm water and stir. Then add vegetable oil.

Knead a soft and elastic dough, roll it into a ball and cover with film. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer.

Coarsely chop the greens, then grind in a blender along with the garlic. Add olive oil, salt and ground black pepper.

Spread the herb and garlic filling onto the dough sheet in an even layer.

Roll the dough into a roll.

Cut into 2 parts, but not reaching the base.

Twist these two parts together.

Place the bread in a baking dish, cover with film and leave to rise for 20 minutes. Bake the bread for about 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
