Brownie with Nutella

Preparation description:

You won’t be able to test doneness with a skewer, because the inside of the brownie must remain moist, otherwise you will end up with just a dry cake. But even raw dough is not very pleasant to eat, so it is ready when the surface is covered with a crust, but when pressed it is still soft. Be sure to line the pan with parchment paper so it will be easier to remove the brownies from the pan.

Gather all the ingredients you need to make the Nutella Brownie. Get the products in advance so that they are at room temperature.

Crack eggs into a bowl and add Nutella. Whisk everything together until smooth and fluffy.

Sift flour into a bowl and mix gently until smooth.

Cover the baking dish with parchment and grease with vegetable oil, if you are not sure of its quality. Pour the batter into the mold and smooth out.

Place the brownie tin in a hot oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. After a while, remove the mold and cool completely. After that, take out the brownies, cut and serve.
