Bulgarian pepper frozen for the winter

Preparation description:

Do not forget to freeze some bell peppers for the winter in the summer season. It will give your dishes an incredible summer aroma and taste! If you wish, you can prepare more if you have the opportunity and a spacious freezer. Choose juicy peppers for stuffing, and smaller ones for slicing.

Peppers can be used in any color.

Cut the lids off the vegetables and remove the seeds. Rinse the peppers inside and out, shaking off excess moisture. If desired, you can blot them with paper towels.

Cut several peppers in half and cut into ribbons, and then into cubes. Choose the size of cubes or sticks according to your taste. In stews, you can cut into medium cubes, and for salads – long sticks.

Pour the slices into a freezer bag, and insert the whole peppers one into one, being careful not to burst them. Place whole peppers in a separate bag and tie off.

Be sure to release the air from the bags before tying. Place the pepper packets in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Store the blank in the freezer, its shelf life is up to 6-7 months.

Add frozen sliced ​​​​pepper 7-10 minutes before the end of cooking.
