The structure of the pie is delicate and porous, and in combination with the juicy filling, it’s very tasty! Be sure to try it!

Prepare all ingredients.

Since the dough cooks quite quickly, prepare the filling first. Chop the cabbage and place in a heated frying pan with oil. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until soft.

Then add the bell pepper cut into strips, tomato paste, ground pepper and salt to taste.

Simmer for about 5 minutes. Then remove from heat and let the filling cool slightly.

In a deep bowl, beat eggs with salt.

Add kefir, mayonnaise and soda. Stir.

Next add flour.

Mix everything until smooth.

Grease a heatproof dish with oil. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour or semolina. Pour in about half the dough and spread the filling evenly on top.

Pour the remaining batter over the filling and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Pie with cabbage on kefir with mayonnaise is ready. Let it cool slightly, then cut into portions and serve.
