Cake “Anthill” made from corn sticks

Description of preparation:

Prepare a colorful “Anthill” with your children, they love creating desserts with their own hands. Plus it won’t take much time! The only thing is that it is advisable to let the cake sit in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours and cool.

Prepare the following ingredients. Sticks can be purchased at a supermarket or convenience store. Boiled condensed milk, sour cream and thickener are also sold there.

First prepare the cream. Beat sour cream with thickener in the bowl of a mixer or food processor for 2-3 minutes, then add boiled condensed milk. Beat for another 2-3 minutes to obtain a delicious cream.

Pour the corn sticks into a deep bowl and place the prepared caramel cream there.

Using a silicone spatula, stir everything until each stick is coated in delicious cream.

Wet your hands in water and place the corn sticks on a plate, creating a tall anthill.

Sprinkle poppy seeds on top and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. If desired, you can sprinkle the anthill with grated chocolate along with the poppy seeds.

Serve a delicious cake to the table along with any drink. Bon appetit!
