Wash the cauliflower and divide into medium-sized florets.

Mix rice flour and corn starch, add garlic powder, salt, hot and black pepper. Mix everything. Pour in sesame oil and water. Stir until smooth.

Pour the mixture over the cabbage florets. Put in a single layer in a baking dish and cook for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 220 degrees.

Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar and Jerusalem artichoke syrup, bring to a boil.
