Cherry stone tincture

Cherry stone tincture

Preparation description:

The tincture can be served on the festive table or simply consumed with friends. Moonshine is best to take double distillation and well-cleaned, then the taste of cherry pits will be better revealed and will not be interrupted. The tincture is quite strong, since moonshine is practically not diluted.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the preparation of tincture on the pits of cherries.

Transfer the bones, along with the juice that will be with them, to a clean jar. Fill them with moonshine and leave for two weeks.

In a heavy bottomed saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring everything to a boil and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat and set aside.

Strain the moonshine from the seeds through a fine sieve.

Combine the tincture with sugar syrup and mix.

Pour the finished tincture into bottles, close and put in the refrigerator for another 2-3 days.

Happy use!
