Chicken baked with apples and oranges

Description of preparation:

The chicken can be served with any side dish or served with fruit that was baked with the chicken. After adding the butter, you can put the chicken in the refrigerator overnight so that it marinates better and add fruit only before baking. If you want the chicken to be more compact, tie its legs and wings.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients to prepare baked chicken with apples and orange. Wash and dry the chicken and fruit.

Mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, mustard, chopped garlic, adjika, salt and pepper. Carefully separate the skin from the chicken breast so as not to tear it. Brush the outside, inside and under the skin of the chicken with the mixture.

Spread the soft butter under the skin on the breast. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Cut the apple and orange into pieces and place them inside the chicken. Add a bay leaf to the fruit and cover it with skin, securing with a toothpick or sewing with pastry thread.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, pour a little water and place the chicken breast side up. Place in a hot oven and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Turn the chicken over, pour over the resulting juice and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove the finished chicken, remove the toothpicks and serve immediately.
