If you don’t have canned chickpeas or don’t have time to boil chickpeas, hummus can be made from chickpea flour. It turns out to be a completely worthy replacement for the classic recipe.

Below I will tell you in more detail how to make hummus from chickpea flour. You can also add ground cumin and coriander as spices if you like. Ready-made hummus can be served with fresh crispy vegetables and pita bread. It tastes tender, creamy and saturates well.

How to make chickpea flour hummus
Prepare all ingredients.
Mix water with chickpea flour until no lumps remain. Bring to a boil over medium heat and immediately remove from heat. Cool the mixture.
Add olive oil, tahini paste, lemon juice and peeled garlic to the mixture.
Grind with a blender until smooth.
Then add salt, paprika and ground black pepper to taste. Mix everything again.
Chickpea flour hummus is ready, bon appetit!
