Cream soup with chicken broth from champignons

This puree soup is prepared very simply and quickly if you have ready-made broth. Adjust the consistency with broth to your taste.
Prepare the ingredients to make the soup.
Chop the carrots and onions as desired and place in a pan with refined sunflower oil.
Sauté these vegetables for 5-6 minutes.
Peel, wash and cut the champignons. Add to carrots and onions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add randomly chopped potatoes. Pour in chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook the vegetables and mushrooms until tender.
Pour in the cream. Add chopped garlic if desired.
Stir the pureed soup.
