How to cook crispy chickpeas in the oven
Prepare all ingredients.
Soak the chickpeas overnight.
Rinse the chickpeas and transfer to a bowl. Fill with clean water and bring to a boil. Boil for 25-30 minutes.
Drain the chickpeas in a sieve and let the excess liquid drain.
Transfer the chickpeas to a plate, add all the spices, salt and olive oil. Stir.
Put the chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
