Crispy fish fingers

Crispy fish fingers

Description of preparation:

Fish fingers can be made from any white fish fillet. Before cooking, be sure to check the fish and remove all bones. To prevent fish fingers from being greasy, place them first on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients to make crispy fish fingers.

Rinse the fish fillets and dry with a paper towel. Cut the fish diagonally into strips. Season the fillet with salt, pepper and stir.

Add a little salt to the whites and beat into a soft, white foam.

Place the fish fillets into the egg whites and stir until the sticks are completely coated.

Place the fish strips in flour and coat them completely.

Pour oil into a deep frying pan and heat over medium heat. Place the fish fingers at a distance and fry on both sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Crispy fish fingers are ready! Bon appetit!
