Maximum results and minimum effort! You can prepare a cupcake in a mug with kefir in the microwave for breakfast or for a family tea party.
Description of preparation:
Any ceramic mug will be suitable for this recipe, as long as there are no gold patterns, chips or cracks on them. You can also use any heat-resistant glass containers. Cooking times may vary for different microwave ovens. If you are preparing such a cake for the first time, it is better to bake a test portion first to adjust the desired time. Follow the process, the dough will first boil and then begin to rise. Then it will settle slightly and set. The most important thing is not to overcook the baked goods, otherwise it will become rubbery. This cupcake in a mug will help you out when you really want something sweet, but don’t have the time, desire or energy to prepare complex pastries. Very tasty and inexpensive! How to cook “Cupcake in a mug with kefir in the microwave”
Prepare all ingredients.
Beat the egg with sugar.
Add kefir and oil.
Stir. Add flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
Mix everything again until smooth.
Grease the mugs or one large one with vegetable oil. The dough will approximately double in size during baking, so fill the mugs no more than halfway. Place the mugs in the microwave and cook on high power for about 2-3 minutes.
The kefir cupcake is ready. Decorate it as desired and serve. Bon appetit!
