Curd cheesecake

Curd cheesecake

Description of preparation:

Treat yourself and your family and friends to a delicious curd cheesecake. Be patient, because the dessert must not only be baked, but also cooled before serving. But its taste will make you forget about everything! Serve cheesecake with hot coffee, tea, warm milk or cool lemonade.

Prepare the following ingredients. It is advisable to use shortbread or chocolate cookies. Instead of sour cream, it is permissible to buy cream with 30% fat content, but not from a farm, but from a store.

Break the cookies into pieces and grind in a blender bowl or in a thick plastic bag into crumbs, running over them with a rolling pin.

Melt the butter and stir it into the shortbread crumbs. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly over it, including the sides. This will be the base of the cheesecake.

Next, prepare the filling. Place cottage cheese and sour cream (cream) in a blender bowl, add sugar and beat in chicken eggs. You can add a little vanilla sugar for flavor. Add salt; it will highlight the sweetness of the filling.

Beat everything into a homogeneous mass using an immersion blender.

Pour the prepared filling into the mold and place the mold in the oven on a medium level at 180 degrees.

Bake the cheesecake for about 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Determine the readiness of the dessert by the density of the filling; it should not be liquid. Then remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for at least 2-3 hours in the cold.

After this, remove the cheesecake from the mold and let it cool a little more. As it cools, the filling will become denser.

Decorate the curd cheesecake and serve it to the table. Bon appetit!

The recipe is simply amazing. The whole family is delighted. Even those who don’t eat cottage cheese gobble it up on both cheeks. I made the same thing, but with orange – the taste is a little more interesting. Thank you very much for such a wonderful recipe!
