Curd pie in a frying pan with apples

Curd pie in a frying pan with apples

Description of preparation:

The pie turns out steamed and airy, not crumbly, but on the contrary – dense and juicy. You can replace vegetable oil with melted butter by adding it to the dough. In any case, the baked goods will turn out simply stunningly delicious!

Prepare the following ingredients. Use a large apple or two medium ones of any variety.

Beat chicken eggs into the bowl of a mixer or food processor, add sugar, salt and beat for 4-5 minutes until fluffy at the highest speed.

Add cottage cheese of any fat content, pour in vegetable oil, pour in kefir and mix thoroughly.

Add wheat flour and baking powder. Mix them into the mixture until you get a thick dough.

Pour 30 grams of sugar onto the bottom of the pan and smooth it out. Optionally, you can add chopped butter if you like creamy caramel. Rinse the apples in water and cut into quarters. Trim off the seed blocks and cut into cubes or slices. Pour the apple slices into the pan and smooth out.

Gently spoon the prepared batter onto the apple layer until it covers it completely.

Cover the pan with a lid and place it on the stove with the heat on low. The pie will take approximately 25-30 minutes to prepare.

When the aroma of apple pie wafts through the house, carefully lift the lid and check the dough for doneness. It should be steamed and loose. Turn off the heat.

Remove the lid, cover the pan with a plate and use a towel to turn it upside down. The pie will fall out onto the plate. There may be a few pieces of caramel apples left at the bottom of the pan; place them on the pie.

Cut the curd pie with apples into portions and serve hot while the caramel stretches.

Don’t forget to brew aromatic tea, coffee, latte, etc.
