Curry with celery

Below I’ll tell you more about how to make celery curry. Instead of a celery stalk, you can use the root. You can serve the curry with rice, flatbreads or steamed boiled potatoes.
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the celery stalks into slices, and the carrots and onions into cubes. Peel the garlic and chop finely.
Heat a saucepan with vegetable oil. Fry onions and garlic over medium heat until soft.
Add carrots and celery, add all the spices and salt. Cook everything together for another 5 minutes.
Pour in coconut milk and add tomato paste. Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.
The celery curry is ready, bon appetit!
