And if you don’t have a table reservation at your favorite restaurant or other planned leisure activity, you should definitely pamper your significant other with a delicious dinner at home. A little pleasant music, candles or themed decor – and your home will turn into the most romantic corner of the world. And we will help with menu planning. Choose the recipes that you like!

Baked pear with camembert cheese

This is a light and savory snack. It requires a minimum of effort, but is definitely capable of surprising you with its taste.

Ingredients:

  • Pear – 1 pc.;
  • Camembert cheese – 50 grams;
  • Honey – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • Pine nuts – 1 tbsp. l.

Wash the pear, dry it and cut it in half. Carefully remove the core. Slice the cheese and place it in the center of the pear. Add a handful of nuts and place the pears in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Pour honey over the finished pears and serve immediately.

Tartlets with avocado and red caviar

This appetizer perfectly combines the delicate texture of avocado and the piquancy of red caviar. A slice of cucumber will add a touch of freshness.

Ingredients:

  • Tartlets – 6 pcs.;
  • Avocado – 1 pc.;
  • Red caviar – 60 grams;
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp;
  • Cucumber – 6 slices;
  • Salt, pepper and herbs – to taste.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the pulp. Sprinkle the pulp with lemon juice, add salt, pepper and a little olive oil to taste. Mash into a puree. Fill the tartlets with the prepared puree. Add caviar, a slice of cucumber and fresh herbs.

Salad with chicken and pomegranate “Heart”

This is not only delicious, but also a themed salad that will look very cool on your table.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet (boiled) – 100 grams;
  • Pickled cucumber – 2 pcs.;
  • Red onion – 1/2 pcs.;
  • Beetroot (boiled) – 100 grams;
  • Cheese – 60 grams;
  • Salt, pepper and mayonnaise – to taste;
  • Pomegranate seeds – 20 grams.

Boil the fillet in salted water in advance until tender. Boil or bake the beets until tender. Break the chicken fillet into fibers or finely chop it, place it on a plate, forming a heart. Add salt and pepper to taste. Top with chopped red onion. The next layer is diced cucumbers. Lubricate everything with mayonnaise. Grate the beets on a medium grater and place on top. Make a thin mesh of mayonnaise. Grate the cheese on a medium grater and decorate the sides and edges of the salad. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and serve about an hour after cooking.

Salad with vegetables and mussels

Seafood is an excellent choice for a romantic evening. This salad can be prepared with either boiled or canned mussels.

Ingredients:

  • Mussels – 100 grams;
  • Egg – 3 pcs.;
  • Tomatoes (small) – 2-3 pcs.;
  • Red onion – 1/2 pcs.;
  • Lettuce leaves – 1 bunch;
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp;
  • Soy sauce – 2 tsp;
  • Salt and pepper – to taste;
  • Mayonnaise or yogurt – to taste.

Boil the eggs in advance, cool and peel, cut into large pieces. Cut the onion into rings, tomatoes into medium slices. Place lettuce leaves on a serving plate. Distribute eggs, onions, tomatoes and mussels. To prepare the dressing, combine lemon juice, soy sauce, salt and pepper, mayonnaise or natural yogurt. Mix thoroughly, spoon the dressing on top and serve the salad.

Baked pork with apples

For meat lovers, you can prepare tender and incredibly flavorful boiled pork. The rich taste of this dish simply cannot leave you indifferent. And apples make an excellent light side dish.

Ingredients:

  • Pork – 600-700 grams;
  • Kefir – 300 grams;
  • Water – 1 liter;
  • Sugar – 1/2 tsp;
  • Salt – 1.5 tsp;
  • Coriander – 1/2 tsp;
  • Bay leaf – 2 pcs.;
  • Mustard – 1 tsp;
  • Hot and allspice – to taste;
  • Dried garlic – 1/2 tsp;
  • Dried ginger – 1/2 tsp;
  • Paprika – 1 tsp;
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • Rosemary sprig – 1-2 pcs.;
  • Apple – 2 pcs.

First, wash the meat thoroughly and dry it. Pour in kefir and leave for a couple of hours. In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, coriander, bay leaf, allspice and 1 tsp. salt. Bring to a boil, simmer briefly and remove from heat. Cool the marinade. Place the pork in the marinade and leave to marinate overnight. In a small bowl, combine the remaining salt, mustard, vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, and paprika. Remove pork from marinade and pat dry with paper towel. Rub with the spice mixture on all sides. Wash the apples and cut into small cubes. Place apples and rosemary on a sheet of foil. Place meat on top. Wrap the foil tightly and place on a baking sheet or baking dish. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 1.5 hours. At the end, you can open the foil for 10-15 minutes and brown the meat.

Salmon in teriyaki sauce

And those who prefer fish and Asian cuisine should definitely try this dish. Fantastic baked salmon that can be served with steamed rice or your favorite vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • Salmon fillet – 500 grams;
  • Teriyaki sauce – 4 tbsp. l.;
  • Soy sauce – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • Brown sugar – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • Sesame – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • Salt, pepper and green onions – to taste.

Combine all ingredients for the sauce and mix thoroughly. Wash the fish, dry it and place it in the sauce, leave to marinate for 5-10 minutes. Then place the fish on a baking sheet covered with parchment, sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the fish for 12-15 minutes. Meanwhile, put the marinade on the fire and simmer until thick. Place the finished fish on a serving plate, pour over the sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.

Fruits in chocolate

For dessert, you can serve your favorite fruits or berries covered in chocolate. A great option to end a romantic dinner.

Ingredients:

  • Banana – 1 pc.;
  • Peach – 1 pc.;
  • Mango – 1 pc.;
  • Chocolate – 100 grams.

Peel the fruits and cut into slices. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment. Dip the fruit slices into the chocolate, leaving a small piece unglazed, and place on parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator before serving to allow the chocolate to set well.

Yogurt jelly with berries

If you prefer light desserts, then make this cool jelly. You can use absolutely any berries you like.

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt – 400 grams;
  • Gelatin – 15 grams;
  • Sugar – 1-2 tbsp. l. (optional);
  • Water – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • Berries – 200 grams;
  • Mint – for serving.

Combine sugar, water and gelatin in a small saucepan. Stir and leave for 5 minutes. Then warm up a little so that the gelatin is completely dissolved. Add gelatin to yogurt and mix thoroughly. Place berries at the bottom of a serving glass. Pour over yogurt and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Before serving, you can supplement the jelly with fresh mint leaves.
