French persimmon salad with goat cheese

Description of preparation:

For salad, choose persimmons that are firm but not astringent, otherwise the salad will be spoiled. You can take soft goat cheese by cutting it into small cubes. Lemon juice can be replaced with lime juice.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients to make French Persimmon Salad with Goat Cheese. Wash and dry the fruits and arugula.

In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, vegetable oil, lemon juice, black pepper and honey.

Arrange the arugula on a serving platter. Peel the persimmon, remove the seeds and cut into medium cubes.
