Frozen borscht dressing

Prepare all ingredients.
Peel the beets and carrots, then grate them. Cut the onion into cubes.
Cut the tomatoes and bell peppers into slices, then puree them in a blender.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry onions until soft.
Add beets and carrots, simmer all together for 5-7 minutes.
Then add chopped tomatoes with peppers and canned beans. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer the vegetables covered for 20-25 minutes.
Cool the workpiece completely. Place into food containers.
Add finely chopped herbs to each container and place in the freezer.
