Frozen mushroom bowl

Description of preparation:

A colorful mushroom dish can be prepared at any time of the year and served for lunch for the whole family. It is especially tasty with garlic croutons or croutons, toasted toast and pita bread. Serve the dish hot.

Prepare the following ingredients. Peel the potatoes, onions and carrots and rinse in water.

Grate the carrots on a fine-mesh grater, cut the onion into small cubes and fry the vegetable slices in a cauldron, heating the vegetable oil in it. You will need 3-5 minutes.

Cut the potatoes into medium cubes and add to the container. Fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Pour in hot water and boil the potatoes until half cooked for 10-15 minutes. Then add frozen mushrooms to the broth and boil for 5-8 minutes. If the mushrooms are large, it is better to cut them in half.

Add seasoning, salt and chopped parsley. Boil the mushroom pickle for another 2-3 minutes and turn off the heat.

Pour the mushroom pickle into deep plates and serve hot with various sauces, croutons or bread.
