Fruit ice on a stick

Fruit ice on a stick

Description of preparation:

Ice cream should not only be tasty, but also healthy. There can be absolutely any fruit in it. But when making fruit ice on a stick, follow one rule: the base should be thick. If you don’t like bananas, you can take mango, peach, and apricots. Anything that has a puree-like mass. Even if you have a sweet tooth, do not add sugar to the base. This will cause the juice to separate and, as a result, the ice cream will flow while still in the freezer.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients to make popsicles on a stick. Wash the fruits thoroughly in hot water and dry.

Peel the banana, cut into pieces and place in a blender bowl. Cut off the peel of the orange along with the white part. Cut out the flesh between the segments and add to the banana. Beat everything until smooth.

Cut the peach and fig into small pieces and add to the puree. Peel the kiwi, cut into small cubes and add to the fruit. Mix everything.

Place the fruit mixture in the molds and insert the sticks. Place the pieces in the freezer for several hours until completely frozen. Once done, remove the ice cream and serve.

Bon appetit!
