Cheese plateau
What could be simpler and tastier than a cheese plate? A great appetizer that can be prepared in minutes.
Ingredients:
- Hard cheese – 120 grams;
- Brie – 100 grams;
- Cheese cheese – 120 grams;
- Dor blue – 100 grams;
- Walnuts – 50 grams;
- Honey – 2-3 tbsp. l.
Slice the cheese into thin slices and place on a serving plate. Top with a handful of toasted nuts and serve with honey.
Seafood cocktail in tartlets
Another option is very simple and quick, but at the same time an appetizing and festive snack.
We will need:
- Marinated seafood cocktail – 200 grams;
- Tartlets – 6-7 pcs.;
- Egg – 2 pcs.;
- Salt, pepper, lettuce – to taste.
Boil the eggs, peel and grate on a medium grater. Add the butter from the cocktail to the eggs, a little salt and pepper if desired, and stir. Divide the egg salad among the tartlets. Place seafood on top. Before serving, add lettuce leaves or fresh herbs.
Boats with smoked chicken and bacon
A great appetizer that can be prepared in just 10 minutes.
Required:
- Sweet pepper – 3 pcs.;
- Bacon – 12 slices;
- Smoked chicken – 250 grams;
- Cheese – 50 grams;
- Mayonnaise – 50 grams;
- Olives or black olives – 100 grams.
Cut the chicken into small cubes, chop half the olives, grate the cheese on a medium grater. Combine everything in a deep salad bowl, season with mayonnaise and mix. Peel the sweet pepper and cut into 4 pieces. Fill each boat with lettuce and then wrap in bacon. Garnish with olive and serve.
Trout tartare
You can whip up a surprisingly tasty appetizer from lightly salted red fish fillets. A great alternative to traditional sandwiches.
Ingredients:
- Lightly salted trout fillet – 200 grams;
- Onion (red) – 1 pc.;
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp;
- Vegetable oil – 1 tsp;
- Salt, pepper, herbs – to taste.
Peel and chop the onion. Cut the fish into small cubes and combine with the onion. Add lemon juice, sprinkle with oil, add salt, pepper and chopped herbs to taste. Stir and serve the appetizer to the table.
Tartlets with smoked chicken
Another option for snacks in tartlets. Fast, satisfying and tasty.
Required:
- Smoked chicken – 200 grams;
- Tartlets – 10 pcs.;
- Egg – 2 pcs.;
- Salt, mayonnaise and herbs – to taste.
First of all, send hard-boiled eggs. Meanwhile, finely chop the chicken and chop the washed and dried greens. Add diced eggs, season with mayonnaise and mix. You can add salt and spices to the salad to taste. Divide the salad among tartlets and serve.
Salad “Neptune”
Squid, crab sticks and red caviar are a fantastically tasty and truly festive flavor combination. And most importantly, the salad is prepared very simply and quickly.
Ingredients:
- Squid – 1 carcass;
- Crab sticks – 100 grams;
- Lightly salted red fish – 100 grams;
- Eggs – 2 pcs.;
- Red caviar – 50 grams;
- Salt, pepper, mayonnaise – to taste.
Boil the eggs hard, place the squid carcass in boiling salted water and cook for a couple of minutes. Clean it afterwards. Cut crab sticks, fish, eggs and squid carcass into small cubes. Add half the caviar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Gently toss the salad. Place it on a serving plate and garnish with caviar.
Salad with vegetables and tuna
A light salad with canned tuna will appeal to everyone who loves fresh options without mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
- Canned tuna – 1 can;
- Lettuce leaves – 1 bunch;
- Cherry tomatoes – 8-10 pcs.;
- Cucumber – 1 pc.;
- Pine nuts – 20 grams;
- Salt, pepper, olive oil – to taste.
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, tear them and place on a serving plate. Cut the tomatoes into halves and distribute on top. Cut the cucumbers into thin slices. Add tuna and nuts. Drizzle the salad with oil and add salt and pepper.
Baked pink salmon with vegetables
If you want to cook something quick and hot, fish with vegetables is what you need.
You will need:
- Pink salmon – 300 grams;
- Frozen vegetable mixture – 100 grams;
- Cheese – 100 grams;
- Vegetable oil – 1 tsp;
- Salt and spices – to taste.
Grease a heatproof dish with a little oil. Wash the fish, dry it and cut it lengthwise, remove the backbone and bones. Salt and add your favorite spices. Place a mix of your favorite vegetables on top (you can use not only frozen, of course, but also fresh). Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Baked pork with tangerines
If you prefer meat as a main course, then this citrus option is definitely worth trying.
Ingredients:
- Pork pulp – 400 grams;
- Mandarin – 2 pcs.;
- Salt and spices – to taste.
Wash the meat and dry it with a paper towel. Peel the tangerines. Squeeze the juice from one, divide the second into slices. Rub the pork on all sides with salt and your favorite spices, place in a heat-resistant dish lined with foil. Pour tangerine juice and place slices around the meat. Carefully wrap the foil and place the pan in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. Bake the meat for about an hour, then remove the foil and brown a little.
