Golden carp with sage

For those who love fish dishes, we recommend preparing golden carp by adding spicy sage. Such a colorful dish can even be served on a festive table, not forgetting a glass of chilled white wine!
Prepare the following ingredients. Clean the carp from scales and entrails, rinse inside and out and pat dry with paper napkins. Peel the potatoes and rinse.
Mix the sage with the seasoning and press a couple of peeled garlic cloves into it. Rub the carp inside and out with the mixture.
Cut the potatoes into slices. Grease the mold with vegetable oil and place the potato slices in it. Sprinkle them with fish seasoning.
Place the carp on the potatoes and sprinkle it with vegetable oil. Remember that during the baking process the fish will need to be sprayed with oil several more times.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the fish for about 30-40 minutes depending on its weight.
Place the golden carp on a plate and add the potatoes. Serve the prepared dish to the table hot.
