Grain bread with yeast

Below I will tell you in more detail how to make grain bread. You can also add pumpkin seeds to bread. Take note of the recipe!
Prepare all ingredients.
In a deep bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water with sugar. Cover with film and let stand for 15 minutes.
The yeast should rise up like a cap.
Then add salt and vegetable oil. Stir until the salt dissolves.
Then sift about half the flour and add the seeds. Mix everything and add the rest of the flour.
Use soft dough that doesn’t stick to your hands. Place it in a bowl greased with vegetable oil. Cover with film and put in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
The dough should approximately double in size.
Punch down the dough and shape into bread. Place it in a baking dish. Cover with a towel and let stand for another 20-30 minutes. Bake the bread for 35-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
