We take a sponge and combine the components, and then rub them on the windowsill. We wait 10 minutes. Then carefully rub the marks from the flowerpots with the abrasive side of the sponge. Remove the cleaning agent using a cloth soaked in water. Ready!

Hydrogen peroxide

There is a tougher way to deal with dirt on the windowsill. To do this, you should take hydrogen peroxide. Apply it to a sponge and thoroughly wipe all yellowed areas. After 10 minutes, walk along the windowsill with a clean, damp cloth. Important: After such cleaning, it is necessary to ventilate the room.

Baking soda

Well, how can you do without soda when it comes to making homemade cleaning products? It will help both wash the window sill and lightly bleach it. You can use baking soda two ways:

  • Method No. 1. Sprinkle baking soda on the windowsill, distributing it evenly over the entire surface. Wet the sponge in table vinegar. We walk through it from above. Leave the foamed solution for 30 minutes. Then remove the applied product from the windowsill with a wet rag and ventilate the home.
  • Method No. 2. Combine baking soda and washing powder. Wipe the window sill with a cloth soaked in water. Scatter the prepared dry mixture on top. We wait 2 hours, and then scrub the window sill with a brush. Remove the applied composition and wipe everything dry.
