Kefir coffee cake

Knead a homogeneous, airy dough.
Pour the dough into the baking pan.
Bake the pie in the oven, preheated to 165-170 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick. When pricking the cake, it should come out dry.
