Liquid pea puree

Below I will tell you in more detail how to prepare liquid pea puree. Olive oil can be replaced with butter. From spices, you can also add dry ground garlic, coriander and paprika.
Prepare all ingredients.
Soak the peas in water for 2-3 hours.
Then drain the water and rinse the peas. Place in a sieve and allow excess liquid to drain.
Transfer the peas to the pan. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Cook for 30-40 minutes with the lid closed over low heat.
Grind the peas until smooth in a blender.
Finally add salt, ground black pepper and olive oil.
The pea puree is ready, enjoy your meal!
