Marinated salmon with lemon juice, coriander and pepper
Description of preparation:
A snack option for preparing colorful salmon – with lemon and spices. It is suitable for those who do not like salty dishes, but are more inclined to marinades. Remember that after a day the lemons need to be removed from the container so that they do not sour and start to taste bitter!
Prepare the following ingredients. Choose a piece of salmon from the breast, it is fattier and more delicate in taste. Rinse the fish and dry with a paper towel.
Cut half a lemon into slices and remove the seeds. Place in a deep container or food container. Add sugar and salt. Sugar is necessary so that the fish does not taste too sour and it helps to preserve the bright red color of the flesh.
Pour in vegetable oil, add ground coriander and ground black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly with pressure so that the lemon slices release the juice. Place the salmon in the marinade and pour it on top.
Place the container in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, maximum for a day. It all depends on the thickness of the piece of salmon. The top of the fish should be marinated, but the inside should remain pink.
Place it on a plate and cut into portions. Serve with fresh herbs, bread, pita bread, etc.
