How to cook “Meat and vegetable meatballs for freezing”
Prepare all ingredients.
Transfer the mince to a deep bowl.
Add finely grated zucchini and carrots. Squeeze the zucchini from the juice that stands out.
Grate the onion on a coarse grater, pass the garlic through a press. Salt and pepper the minced meat to taste, add the egg.
Mix thoroughly.
Form minced meat into small meatballs. Meatballs can be frozen and taken out as needed, or cooked right away.
