Milk Pie

Description of preparation:

A fragrant pie with a bright milky flavor will appeal to those with a sweet tooth. It tastes like ice cream “Plombir”. Serve it cool with a variety of drinks, syrups, toppings, etc.

Prepare the following ingredients. Milk can be used at any fat content, and vegetable oil can be replaced with melted butter.

Beat the eggs into the bowl of a mixer or food processor. Add sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Beat for 4-5 minutes at high speed until fluffy.

Pour in milk and vegetable oil, stir. Add premium wheat flour and baking powder. Stir again, but do not beat.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease the mold with vegetable oil and pour the prepared dough into it. Place the pan in the oven for 30-40 minutes.

Be sure to cool the finished cake and then remove it from the mold.

Cut into portions. Remember that you only need to cut the cooled pie, otherwise it will crumble!

Serve milk pie with tea or coffee, latte or warm milk.
