Omelet in the oven in molds

Preparation description:

Such an omelet will be a great breakfast or afternoon snack for the whole family. You can take it with you to work or outdoors. You can take any sausage or replace it with boiled chicken, turkey and bacon.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making an omelet in the oven in molds. Rinse green onions and pat dry.

Break the eggs into a bowl, pour in the cream, salt, pepper and mix until smooth.

Finely chop the sausage and add to the egg mass.

Add finely chopped green onions and herbs.

Grate hard cheese on a medium grater and add to a bowl with eggs, sausage and onions. Mix everything well.

Put the egg mass into silicone molds.

Place the omelet form in a hot oven and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until cooked and golden brown. Let the omelet cool to a warm state, remove and serve.
