Pancakes made from rye flour

Pancakes can be prepared in advance and heated in the microwave, in a frying pan, and taken with you to school and work.
Prepare the following ingredients. Milk can be used at any fat content.
Beat the chicken egg into a deep container and add sugar and salt there. Whisk.
Pour in milk of any fat content and 2 tbsp. vegetable oil without aroma. Add vanilla sugar and mix everything thoroughly. Quench soda with vinegar.
Add rye flour one at a time and knead the dough as if it were pancakes; it should not be liquid.
Heat a frying pan and pour a little vegetable oil into it. Heat for 1 minute and place half a ladle of dough directly in the center. Cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until bubbles appear on top.
Using a wide spatula, lift the pancake and turn it over to the other side. Fry for 2 minutes until golden brown.
Bake all the pancakes in this manner and place them on a plate. Serve hot and brew aromatic tea.
