Pasta with crab in creamy sauce

Pasta with crab in creamy sauce

Description of preparation:

You can use any type of pasta for cooking. Today I’ll make it with farfalle, but pene and noodles would be great too. If you have raw crab, you must first boil it and only then peel it from the shell. Or use already peeled crab meat.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients to prepare crab pasta in creamy sauce. I have frozen snow crab claws that need to be thawed on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.

Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Place the paste in a sieve and let the broth drain completely.

Cut the shell on the claws and remove the crab meat.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Peel the garlic cloves, cut in half and place in oil. Fry them until golden brown and remove.

Pour the cream into the pan and simmer over low heat until thickened. This will take approximately 7-8 minutes.

Add boiled pasta to the sauce.

Chop or shred the crab meat and add to the pasta.

Finely chop the parsley, add to the pan, add salt and stir.

Warm the pasta with crab in cream sauce for 2-3 minutes over low heat. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Bon appetit!
