Pate with carrots, eggs and onions

Description of preparation:

Choose carrots for pate that are bright, juicy and sweet. Take refined vegetable oil so as not to interrupt the taste and aroma of fried vegetables. For a more piquant taste, you can add hot pepper or garlic to the pate.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making pate with carrots, eggs and onions. Boil the eggs hard and cool.

Peel and finely chop the onions, grate the carrots on a medium grater. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, add onions and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add carrots and simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring.

Place the fried vegetables in a bowl or saucepan and add the diced egg.

Blend everything with a blender until smooth. Season the pate with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
