Pelmeni in a pot “Amur”
If you want to speed up the baking time, just pre-boil the dumplings until half cooked. Or cook them in the microwave, uncovered with foil, for 10-15 minutes if they are raw, and 4-5 minutes with boiled at maximum power. They are served as an independent dish or in addition to greens and fresh vegetables.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making dumplings in the “Amur” pot.
Finely chop the onion, peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater or cut into strips. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, add vegetables and fry for 5 minutes, stirring.
Clean the liver from the film, duct, rinse and cut into strips. Add it to the pan with the sautéed vegetables. Fry for another 5 minutes, stirring.
Put sour cream and ketchup in a pan, mix.
Pour hot water into the pan and simmer everything over low heat for 5 minutes. Salt and pepper the gravy.
Pour a little liver sauce into the bottom of the baking pots.
Arrange raw frozen dumplings in pots.
Pour the remaining liver sauce over the dumplings and cover the pots with lids or baking foil.
Put the pots in a hot oven and bake the dumplings for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. After a while, take out the ready-made dumplings in the Amur pots and serve immediately.
