It’s simple and very tasty, and if you prepare the dough in advance, you get a hearty snack almost in a hurry. From the specified amount of dough ingredients, you can prepare one large or two medium-sized pizzas. You can safely adjust the thickness of the dough yourself; it is very flexible and can be rolled out even to a very thin state. If you like fluffy pizza, make one, and if you prefer a thin base, then make two, with different toppings. Today we will make pizza without cheese. This pizza can hardly be called classic, but it turns out tasty and satisfying! A great option when you are going to make pizza and you seem to have all the ingredients, but no cheese.

Prepare all ingredients.

Add sugar and yeast to warm water. Stir and leave for 10-15 minutes until a foamy “cap” appears.

Add flour and salt. Stir and add oil. Then use your hands to knead the dough into a soft and slightly sticky dough. If the dough sticks too much to your hands, you can add another 1-2 tbsp. flour.

Cover the bowl with the dough with cling film and leave in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.

The finished dough should approximately double in size.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs with mayonnaise. You can add 1-2 pinches of salt. From the specified amount of ingredients I get 2 pizzas with a diameter of 27 cm. Divide the dough into two parts and put one part in the freezer until you need it or prepare two pizzas with different toppings.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface, transfer to a greased ovenproof dish, form sides with your hands and prick the bottom with a fork to prevent it from puffing up.

Grease the base with tomato sauce or any other sauce you like. Top with diced sausage and chopped tomatoes. If you have large tomatoes, cut them into slices.

Pour the filling over the egg mixture and bake in the oven at 250 degrees for about 10 minutes.
