Appetizing and fragrant fish with a ruddy crust is sure to please everyone. Serve Polish-style carp to the table hot, supplementing with various sauces, pickles, pickled vegetables, appetizers.
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Clean the carp from scales and entrails in advance, rinse thoroughly in water inside and out.
Mix all spices and spices in a bowl or bowl, pour in soy sauce and vegetable oil. Mix everything well again.
Put the carp on a tray or baking sheet, pour over the prepared marinade and leave it in it for 1-2 hours at room temperature. Rub the sauce on the inside and outside of the fish from time to time to evenly soak.
