Pollock in sour cream with pickled cucumbers
Description of preparation:
Any side dish of potatoes or vegetables goes perfectly with pollock in sour cream with pickled cucumbers. Instead of pickled cucumbers, you can use salted ones. Be careful with salt, as cheese and cucumbers are quite salty.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking pollock in sour cream with pickled cucumbers.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
Place sour cream, grated cucumbers, finely chopped dill into a bowl and stir.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater and add to the bowl with sour cream, stir.
