Pollock marinated with carrots and onions

This dish is easy to prepare. It is advisable to take large pollock. Serve with mashed potatoes or boiled rice. Very fragrant and tasty!
Prepare the ingredients for cooking pollock with marinade.
Thaw the fish, clean, gut, remove the black film. Trim the fins and wash them well inside and out. Cut into pieces.
Dip the pollock pieces in flour and place in a hot frying pan with sunflower oil.
Fry on all sides.
Prepare the marinade. Grate the carrots and finely chop the onion. Place in a frying pan with sunflower oil. Pour some water. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the vegetables until soft.
Add tomato paste, bay leaf, salt, sugar and ground black pepper.
Mix these ingredients and cook the marinade for another 5-6 minutes.
Cover the fried pollock generously with the prepared marinade. Place in the cold and let the dish brew well, and let the pollock soak in the marinade.
