How to make Popcorn Salad
Prepare all ingredients.
Wash and dry the greens. Place in a bowl.
Cut the red onion into half rings.
For the dressing, mix olive oil with balsamic vinegar and mustard. Add the pressed garlic, salt and ground black pepper.
Add chopped red onions and popcorn to the bowl with the greens. Mix everything.
