Pork stuffed with pickled peppers

Pork stuffed with pickled peppers can be served as any side dish or served as an independent dish. When cold, it is a great substitute for a snack. If desired, you can add any spices to your taste.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making pork stuffed with pickled peppers.

In a bowl, mix grated cheese, chopped garlic, mayonnaise and herbs.

Uncover the pork, pound it, add salt and pepper.

Apply the cheese mixture over the entire surface of the pork. Cut the pickled pepper into strips and place on one edge. Roll the pork, starting at the pepper side, into a tight log.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the roll on all sides until golden brown.

Wrap the fried roll in two layers of foil and place in a baking dish. Pour some water into the mold.

Place the pan with the pork in a hot oven and bake at 180 degrees for 90 minutes. Remove the foil and keep in the oven for another 10 minutes. After a while, remove the stuffed pork, let stand for 10 minutes, cut and serve.
